Check to see if your State Insurance Department has issued a Bulletin for areas affected by a weather event, natural disaster, or other emergency. Your premium payment due date may be extended. Please call Customer Service at 800-635-7801 if you need assistance.

Kentucky – May 20th, 2025. The Kentucky Department of Insurance issued Advisory Opinion providing relief to policyholders impacted by the devasting storms that swept through the state May 16th & 17th 2025. Insurers are required to provide a 30-day grace period for premium payments and other charges which allows policyholders’ coverage to remain in effect despite late or nonpayment of premiums. The grace period remains in effect from May 16 – June 17, 2025.

Maryland – May 15, 2025, Maryland Governor Wes Moore issued Executive Order 01.01.2025.12 declaring a State of Emergency for Allegany and Garrett Counties. Insurers are required to provide a 60-day grace period for premium payments which allows policyholders’ coverage to remain in effect despite late or nonpayment of premiums for any insured who resides in Allegany or Garrett County. The grace period is in effect from May 15, 2025- July 14th, 2025.
